Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on development experience in the use of .NET technologies and Object Oriented Programming, including (not limited to) ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, Reflection, XML, AJAX, JavaScript
- 5+ years hands-on development experience in the use of SQL Server, with significant emphasis on writing highly efficient Transact-SQL code within complex large databases
- SQL Server 2000 and 2008 experience required
- Experience in programming SQL Server using the CLR and .Net Assemblies as well as SSIS and SSRS is a major plus
- Experience in performance tuning enterprise and web based applications by using array of diagnostic tools
- Excellent logical, analytical and communication skills are required as well as the ability to collaborate and thrive within Agile teams
- A high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.
- Experience with financial systems is a major plus, otherwise the ability and eagerness to learn is very important
- Experience with 3rd party .NET components such as Infragistics and Dundas is a strong plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

- Maintains an in-depth understanding of InvestorForce’s products, their features, benefits, and application within the client environment.
- Builds and manages the Implementation Project Plan reflecting client’s migration timeframe objectives.
- Works collaboratively with the technology team in their building and management of the Development Project Plan to meet client expectations and support InvestorForce’s product development objectives.
- Facilitates routine and recurring communication with client Management and the client’s Implementation Core team during the implementation.

We seek a self-motivated, detail oriented individual who can help us expand our QA process and continue to build a state-of-the-art QA function. In this position you will be responsible for extracting and validating complex financial data for our Enterprise Performance Reporting application. This individual must be able to manage competing priorities and function in a dynamic environment. This individual must be highly flexible, and able to respond quickly and accurately to management requests for information and reports. S/he must possess exceptional analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills. As a commercial software company we are driven by a project-based schedule often working under severe time constraints. Excellence and accuracy in the work produced is an absolute must.More specifically the responsibilities for this position include:- Design, prepare and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, checklists, etc
- Ability to design and develop detailed test procedure specifications for automated execution of system test cycles and simulations
- Write and execute validation protocols and reports; review documentation; perform root-cause investigations; assess impact; and analyze risk.
- Detailed knowledge of financial services back office data – accounts, trades, positions a plus
- Ability to research data discrepancies, analyze and extract necessary information from a relational database

Qualifications:
Candidates must have 5-8 years of Quality Assurance experience in integration testing with financial Exchange systems and/or trading systems.
- BA (MA preferred) in accounting, math, finance, economics is required.
- Ability to work well in a cross-team oriented environment
- Ability to perform in an Agile development environment
- Thorough understanding of software lifecycle principles and techniques
- Thorough understanding of software QA processes and best practices
- Experience with automated test tools and automated test creation
